Beverage containers: recycling.

An act to amend Sections 14504, 14506, 14510, 14547, 14556, 14560.5, 14561, 14575, and 40401 of, to amend, repeal, and add Section 14560 of, and to add and repeal Section 14573.1 of, the Public Resources Code, relating to beverage containers, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
