DIRECTIVE (EU) 2018/851 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 30 May 2018 amending Directive 2008/98/EC on waste

Directive 2018/851 amends the Waste Framework Directive to strengthen EPR obligations, establish recycled-content targets for packaging, mandate separate collection of organics and textiles, and introduce financial incentives for circular economy practices; enacted legislation with direct applicability across EU member states.
