DIRECTIVE (EU) 2024/884 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 13 March 2024 amending Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)

Directive 2024/884 amends the WEEE Directive to strengthen EPR obligations, introduce right-to-repair provisions (spare parts availability, repairability information), mandate recycled content in certain EEE products, and enhance collection/recycling targets—advancing circular economy and product stewardship for electrical and electronic equipment.
