Décret n° 2024-640 du 27 juin 2024 relatif à la composition du Conseil national de l'économie circulaire (CNEC)

Decree modifies governance structure of the National Circular Economy Council (CNEC) by increasing member representation from 3 to 5 and extending term length to 5 years; administrative/structural change to a circular-economy advisory body with no direct policy advancement or weakening of substantive EPR, recycling, or stewardship instruments.
