ぱちんこ遊技機の製造の事業を行う者の再生資源又は再生部品の利用の促進に関する判断の基準となるべき事項を定める省令 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（平成三年法律第四十八号）第二十一条第一項の規定に基づき、ぱちんこ遊技機の製造の事業を行う者の再生資源又は再生部品の利用の促進に関する判断の基準となるべき事項を定める省令を次のように定める。 （原材料の工夫） 第一条 ぱちんこ遊技機の製造の事業を行う者（以下「事業者」という。）は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源の利用を促進するため、遊技盤、遊技球の受け皿その他のぱちんこ遊技機の部品等（部品又は部材をいう。以下同じ。）への再生資源としての利用が可能な原材料の使用、部品等に使用する原材料の種類数の削減、めっきをした合成樹脂製の部品等の数の削減その他の措置を講ずるものとする。 ２ 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生部品の利用を促進するため、液晶表示装置、遊技盤の枠その他のぱちんこ遊技機の部品等への汚れるおそれが少ない原材料又は清掃が容易な原材料の使用その他の措置を講ずるものとする。 （構造の工夫） 第二条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源の利用を促進するため、ねじの数量の削減、複数の部品を一体として取り付けることその他の部品等の取り外しの容易化その他の措置により、ぱちんこ遊技機の処理を容易にするものとする。 ２ 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生部品の利用を促進するため、液晶表示装置、遊技盤の枠その他のぱちんこ遊技機の部品等について、取り外す際に損傷するおそれが少ない構造及び汚れるおそれが少ない構造又は清掃が容易な構造の採用、寿命の明確化その他の措置を講ずるものとする。 （分別のための工夫） 第三条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源の利用を促進するため、重量が百グラム以上の合成樹脂製の部品等の材質名の表示その他の分別のための工夫を行うことにより、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源の利用のための分別を容易にするものとする。 （処理に係る安全性の確保） 第四条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源又は再生部品の利用を促進するため、原材料の毒性その他の特性に配慮することにより、処理に係る安全性を確保するものとする。 （安全性等の配慮） 第五条 事業者は、前各条の規定に即してぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源又は再生部品の利用を促進する際には、ぱちんこ遊技機の安全性及び耐久性、不正の防止その他の必要な事情に配慮するものとする。 （技術の向上） 第六条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源又は再生部品の利用を促進するため、必要な技術の向上を図るものとする。 （事前評価） 第七条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機の設計に際して、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源又は再生部品の利用を促進するため、第一条から第四条までの規定に即して、あらかじめぱちんこ遊技機の評価を行うものとする。 ２ 事業者は、前項の評価を行うため、ぱちんこ遊技機の種類ごとに評価項目、評価基準及び評価方法を定めるものとする。 ３ 事業者は、第一項の評価を行うに際し、必要な記録を行うものとする。 （情報の提供） 第八条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機の構造、部品等の取り外し方法、部品等の材質名その他のぱちんこ遊技機に係る再生資源又は再生部品の利用の促進に資する情報の提供を行うものとする。 （包装材の工夫） 第九条 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る包装材に関し、安全性、機能性、経済性その他の必要な事情に配慮しつつ、再生資源としての利用が容易な原材料又は再生資源を利用した原材料を使用するものとする。 ２ 事業者は、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る包装材の再生資源としての利用を促進するため、ぱちんこ遊技機に係る包装について、安全性、機能性、経済性その他の必要な事情に配慮しつつ、再生資源としての利用が可能な包装材を他の包装材から分離することが容易な構造の採用、回収及び運搬が容易な構造の採用その他の措置を講ずるものとする。 附 則 この省令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
