資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令別表第五の六の項の中欄第一号に規定する特定容器包装を定める省令 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令（平成三年政令第三百二十七号）別表第五の六の項の中欄の規定に基づき、資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令別表第五の六の項の中欄第一号に規定する特定容器包装を定める省令を次のように定める。 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令別表第五の六の項の中欄第一号に規定する特定容器包装のうち商品の容器であるものとして経済産業省令で定めるものは、次に掲げる商品の容器とする。 一 特定容器包装（商品の容器であるものに限る。）のうち主として紙製のものであって、次に掲げるもの イ 箱及びケース ロ カップ形の容器及びコップ ハ 皿 ニ 袋 ホ イからニまでに掲げるものに準ずる構造、形状を有する容器 ヘ 容器の栓、ふた、キャップその他これらに類するもの ト 容器に入れられた商品の保護又は固定のために、加工、当該容器への接着等がされ、当該容器の一部として使用される容器 二 特定容器包装（商品の容器であるものに限る。）のうち主としてプラスチック製のものであって、次に掲げるもの イ 箱及びケース ロ 瓶 ハ たる及びおけ ニ カップ形の容器及びコップ ホ 皿 ヘ くぼみを有するシート状の容器 ト チューブ状の容器 チ 袋 リ イからチまでに掲げるものに準ずる構造、形状を有する容器 ヌ 容器の栓、ふた、キャップその他これらに類するもの ル 容器に入れられた商品の保護又は固定のために、加工、当該容器への接着等がされ、当該容器の一部として使用される容器 附 則 この省令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
