資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律第十二条に規定する計画に関する省令 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（平成三年法律第四十八号）第十二条の規定に基づき、資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律第十二条に規定する計画に関する省令を次のように定める。 （計画の提出時期及び様式） 第一条 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第十二条に規定する計画の提出は、毎事業年度六月末日までに、別記様式により行わなければならない。 （計画の提出をしないことができる期間） 第二条 前条の規定により提出を行った事業者は、当該提出を行った日以後の四年間に含まれる事業年度の間に限り、法第十二条に規定する計画の提出をしないことができる。 附 則 この省令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行し、平成十三年七月一日以後最初に開始する事業年度から適用する。 附 則 この省令は、不正競争防止法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和元年七月一日）から施行する。 別記様式
