Producer Obligations

Exemptions
- ·Photocopiers capable of copying on paper of A2 size or larger
- ·Photocopiers capable of copying at 86 or more pages per minute
- ·Photocopiers incapable of copying at 16 or more pages per minute (i.e., machines with a copy speed of less than 16 pages per minute)

資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令別表第二の四の項の上欄に規定する複写機に関する省令 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令（平成三年政令第三百二十七号）別表第二の四の項の上欄の規定に基づき、資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令別表第二の四の項の上欄に規定する複写機に関する省令を次のように定める。 （複写機の適用除外） 第一条 資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律施行令（以下「令」という。）別表第二の四の項の上欄に規定する経済産業省令で定める複写機は、次に掲げるものとする。 一 Ａ２版以上の用紙に複写が可能な構造のもの 二 毎分八十六枚以上の複写が可能な構造のもの 三 毎分十六枚以上の複写が不可能な構造のもの （使用済複写機の装置） 第二条 令別表第二の四の項の上欄に規定する経済産業省令で定める使用済複写機の装置は、次に掲げるものとする。 一 駆動装置 二 露光装置 三 給紙・搬送装置 四 定着装置 附 則 この省令は、平成十三年四月一日から施行する。
