食品循環資源の再生利用等の促進に関する法律第二条第七項の方法を定める省令 食品循環資源の再生利用等の促進に関する法律（平成十二年法律第百十六号）第二条第六項の規定に基づき、食品循環資源の再生利用等の促進に関する法律第二条第六項の方法を定める省令を次のように定める。 食品循環資源の再生利用等の促進に関する法律第二条第七項の主務省令で定める方法は、脱水、乾燥、発酵及び炭化とする。 附 則 この省令は、公布の日から施行する。 附 則 この省令は、食品循環資源の再生利用等の促進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第八十三号）の施行の日（平成十九年十二月一日）から施行する。
