Exemptions

·All ten vehicle types listed are exempted from the End-of-Life Vehicle Recycling Law (使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律) as vehicles used for special purposes under Article 1, Item 5 of the Cabinet Order
·Running carriages (走行台車) are only exempt if used exclusively off public roads and solely for transport purposes
·Drill jumbos (ドリルジャンボ) are only exempt if equipped with two or more rock-drill support arms

使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律施行令第一条第五号の特殊の用途に使用する自動車を定める省令
使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律施行令（平成十四年政令第三百八十九号）第一条第五号の規定に基づき、使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律施行令第一条第五号の特殊の用途に使用する自動車を定める省令を次のように定める。

使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律施行令第一条第五号の主務省令で定めるものは、次のとおりとする。

ホイール式高所作業車

無人搬送車

三

構内けん引車

四

走行台車（道路以外の場所のみにおいて用いるものであって、運搬の用に供するものに限る。）

重ダンプトラック

ドリルジャンボ（ 鑿 さく 岩機を支持するアームが二本以上のものに限る。）

コンクリート吹付機

八

非屈折式ロードヒータ

九

ゴルフカー

十

遊戯用自動車

附 則

この省令は、使用済自動車の再資源化等に関する法律（平成十四年法律第八十七号）の施行の日（平成十五年一月十一日）から施行する。

附 則

この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
