小売業に属する事業を行う容器包装多量利用事業者の定期の報告に関する事項を定める省令 容器包装に係る分別収集及び再商品化の促進等に関する法律（平成七年法律第百十二号）第七条の六の規定に基づき、小売業に属する事業を行う容器包装多量利用事業者の定期の報告に関する事項を定める省令を次のように定める。 （定期の報告） 第一条 容器包装に係る分別収集及び再商品化の促進等に関する法律（平成七年法律第百十二号。以下「法」という。）第七条の六の規定による報告は、毎年度六月末日までに、別記様式による報告書を提出してしなければならない。 第二条 法第七条の六の主務省令で定める事項は、前年度における次に掲げる事項とする。 一 容器包装を用いた量 二 法第七条の四第一項に規定する判断の基準となるべき事項に基づき実施した取組その他の容器包装の使用の合理化のために実施した取組及びその効果 三 売上高、店舗面積その他の当該容器包装を用いた量と密接な関係をもつ値 四 容器包装の使用原単位（第一号に掲げる量を前号に掲げる値で除して得た値をいう。） 附 則 この省令は、容器包装に係る分別収集及び再商品化の促進等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成十八年法律第七十六号）の施行の日（平成十九年四月一日）から施行する。 附 則 この省令は、不正競争防止法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和元年七月一日）から施行する。 附 則 この省令は、令和二年七月一日から施行する。 附 則 （施行期日） 第一条 この省令は、公布の日から施行する。 （経過措置） 第二条 この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。 ２ この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。 別記様式 （第７条の６関係）
