特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令の一部を改正する政令の施行に伴う経過措置に関する省令 特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令の一部を改正する政令（令和五年政令三百八十号）の施行に伴い、並びに特定家庭用機器再商品化法（平成十年法律第九十七号）第三十二条第一項及び第五十七条の規定に基づき、特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令の一部を改正する政令の施行に伴う経過措置に関する省令を次のように定める。 第一条 特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令の一部を改正する政令（以下「改正令」という。）の施行の際現に改正令による改正前の特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令（平成十年政令第三百七十八号）第一条第二号ロに掲げるテレビジョン受信機が廃棄物となったものの区分に係る特定家庭用機器再商品化法（以下「法」という。）第三十二条第一項の指定を受けている者は、改正令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）に、改正令による改正後の特定家庭用機器再商品化法施行令（以下「新施行令」という。）第一条第二号ロに掲げるテレビジョン受信機が廃棄物になったものの区分に係る法第三十二条第一項の規定による指定を受けたものとみなす。 第二条 新施行令第一条第二号ロに掲げるテレビジョン受信機が廃棄物となったものに係る法第三十二条第一項の規定による指定及びこれに関し必要な手続その他の行為は、施行日前においても、同項及び法第三十四条から第三十六条までの規定の例により行うことができる。 附 則 この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
