資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律第二十三条第一項に規定する計画及び同法第二十四条に規定する定期の報告に関する省令
資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（平成三年法律第四十八号）第二十三条第一項及び第二十四条の規定に基づき、資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律第二十三条第一項に規定する計画及び同法第二十四条に規定する定期の報告に関する省令を次のように定める。

（計画の提出）
第一条

資源の有効な利用の促進に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第二十三条第一項に規定する計画の提出は、毎年度九月末日までに、様式第一により行わなければならない。

前項の規定により提出を行った事業者は、計画の内容が、計画を提出しようとする年度の前年度から変更がないときは、計画を最後に提出した日から起算して五年（自動車を製造又は販売する事業者については十年）を超えない範囲内で事業者が定める期間の終期の属する年度の九月末日までに、様式第一による計画書を提出すればよい。

（定期の報告）
第二条

法第二十四条の規定による報告は、毎年度九月末日までに、様式第二により行わなければならない。

附 則

１

この省令は、令和八年四月一日から施行する。

次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に掲げる日以後最初に開始する事業年度から適用する。
