Les producteurs de produits mentionnés au 7° de l'article L. 541-10-1 ou leur éco-organisme sont tenus de prendre en charge les coûts supportés par les collectivités territoriales relatifs aux déchets issus de ces produits qui seraient collectés dans le cadre de la collecte mentionnée au II de l'article L. 541-10-18 . Les producteurs ou leur éco-organisme reversent la part correspondante des contributions financières aux éco-organismes mis en place par les producteurs des produits mentionnés au 1° de l'article L. 541-10-1 afin que ces éco-organismes couvrent les coûts mentionnés au premier alinéa du présent article.
