The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2017

Amends the 2007 PRO Packaging Waste Regulations to establish progressively higher recovery and recycling targets (80–82% overall; material-specific targets ranging 38–85%) for 2018–2020, strengthening producer responsibility obligations for packaging waste streams.
