The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

Amends the 2007 Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations to establish new, more stringent recycling targets for plastic (49–57%), glass (77–80%), and other packaging materials through 2020, strengthening EPR obligations on producers.
