The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002

Amendment to the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 that increases recovery targets from 56% to 59% and recycling targets from 18% to 19% for 2002 onwards, strengthening EPR obligations on producers in Wales.
