The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 1999

Amendment to the 1997 Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations that increases recovery and recycling targets for 1999–2000 (recovery: 38%→43% and 43%→45%; recycling: 7%→10% and 11%→13%), strengthening the core EPR obligation on producers to manage packaging waste and meet EU Directive 94/62/EC targets.
