Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Waste Management Licensing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

Implements EU WEEE Directive 2002/96/EC in Northern Ireland, establishing extended producer responsibility for electrical and electronic equipment through waste management licensing, treatment standards (BATRRT), and mandatory reuse/recycling/recovery definitions; enacted 5 January 2007.
