The Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023

Establishes mandatory data reporting and collection obligations for producers under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations, strengthening EPR compliance and transparency mechanisms for packaging waste in Northern Ireland; enacted 28 February 2023.
