The Batteries and Accumulators (Placing on the Market) (Amendment) Regulations 2015

Amends the 2008 Batteries and Accumulators Regulations to remove exemptions for mercury-containing button cells and cordless power tool batteries, tightening hazardous substance restrictions and expanding producer responsibility scope for battery stewardship.
