The Environmental Protection (Waste Recycling Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 1993

Amends waste recycling payment schedules under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to establish/adjust financial incentives (representative savings in disposal costs) paid by waste disposal authorities to collection authorities and third parties for waste diverted to recycling, directly advancing circular economy recycling infrastructure.
