Single-Use Plastics Marking Ordinance (EWKKennzV)

Ordinance implements EU Single-Use Plastics Directive (2019/904) by mandating marking/labeling of single-use plastic products and setting composition requirements for beverage containers, advancing circular economy through consumer awareness and material restrictions on problematic single-use plastics; enacted 3 July 2021.
