Einwegkunststofffondsverordnung

Establishes a single-use plastic fund with differentiated levy rates (€/kg) on nine categories of single-use plastic products and a points-based system for funding cleanup and collection activities, implementing EU Directive 2019/904; effective 1 January 2024.
