Regeling beheer autobanden

Regulation establishing administrative forms and procedures for implementation of the Besluit beheer autobanden (Tire Management Decree), which is the core EPR/stewardship framework for end-of-life tires in the Netherlands; this regulation operationalizes that EPR system.
