Government Decree on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

Government Decree implementing EU WEEE Directive establishes Extended Producer Responsibility for electrical and electronic equipment, mandating producer responsibility for collection, reuse preparation, recycling, and recovery; enacted in 2014 with phased application through August 2018.
