O. Reg. 391/21 — Blue Box (packaging EPR)

O. Reg. 391/21 establishes Ontario's mandatory Extended Producer Responsibility framework for blue box packaging materials, requiring producers and PROs to fund collection, processing, and management of designated packaging waste; regulation is enacted and in force.
