O. Reg. 449/21 establishes a comprehensive EPR framework for hazardous and special products (oil filters, antifreeze, paints, coatings, pressurized containers, pesticides, solvents) in Ontario, mandating producer responsibility for collection, management, and recovery; regulation is enacted and in force.
