Recycling and Waste Reduction (Export—Waste Glass) Rules 2020

This rule restricts export of waste glass, effectively preempting or limiting domestic circular-economy pathways (domestic recycling/reuse) by controlling what can leave Australia; it weakens circular-economy instruments by constraining material flows rather than advancing domestic stewardship or EPR.
