Institui a Lei da Logística Reversa Comunitária no Norte, estabelece mecanismos de inclusão produtiva de associações comunitárias, catadores e cooperativas indígenas e rurais na cadeia da logística reversa, cria instrumentos de remuneração por serviço ambiental e dá outras providências.
