Projeto de Lei 270/2022

Institui o sistema nacional de logística reversa de resíduos têxteis após o descarte, para fins de conservação e preservação do meio ambiente, com a participação incentivada de fabricantes, importadores, distribuidores, comerciantes e consumidores do produto, altera redação dos artigos 33 e 34 da Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010, e dá outras providências.
