Projeto de Lei 4810/2025

Altera a Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010 (Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos), para incluir a obrigatoriedade de fabricação de embalagens plásticas que apresentem alta reciclabilidade, no âmbito da responsabilidade compartilhada pelo ciclo de vida dos produtos.
