Projeto de Lei 3488/2026

Altera a Lei nº 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010, que institui a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, para estabelecer tratamento diferenciado às cooperativas e às associações de catadores de materiais reutilizáveis e recicláveis nos procedimentos de contratação dos serviços públicos de coleta seletiva, e atualizar remissão à legislação de licitações e contratos administrativos.
