Projeto de Lei 2928/2019 Altera as Leis nos 6.360, de 23 de setembro de 1976, que dispõe sobre a vigilância sanitária a que ficam sujeitos os medicamentos, as drogas, os insumos farmacêuticos e correlatos, cosméticos, saneantes e outros produtos, e dá outras providências, e 12.305, de 2 de agosto de 2010, que institui a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, para proibir o uso de micropartículas de plástico na composição de produtos cosméticos, e a fabricação, a importação, a distribuição, e a comercialização de sacolas plásticas descartáveis, bem como de utensílios plásticos descartáveis utilizados no consumo de alimentos e bebidas.
