R. 3729 To amend title 49, United States Code, to provide eligibility for projects to develop and implement regenerative braking and energy storage tech- nologies under the consolidated rail infrastructure and safety improve- ments program, and for other purposes. IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES JUNE 4, 2025 Mr. MULLIN introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure A BILL To amend title 49, United States Code, to provide eligibility for projects to develop and implement regenerative brak- ing and energy storage technologies under the consoli- dated rail infrastructure and safety improvements pro- gram, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1.
