Microplastics Safety Act

FDA STUDY AND REPORT ON HUMAN HEALTH IM-1 PACTS OF EXPOSURE TO MICROPLASTICS IN 2 FOOD AND WATER. 3 (a) S TUDY.—The Secretary of Health and Human 4 Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and 5 Drugs (in this section referred to as the ‘‘Secretary’’) shall 6 conduct a study on the human health impacts of exposure 7 to microplastics in food and water.
