IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AUGUST 27, 2026 Mr. GREEN of Texas submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on House Administration RESOLUTION Honoring the life and legacy of Congressman Sylvester Tur- ner, a tireless champion of Houston’s diverse commu- nities.
