IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES JULY 29, 2025 Mr. L UJA´N (for himself, Mr. M ARKEY, Mr. H ICKENLOOPER, Mr. W HITE- HOUSE, Mr. B ENNET, Mr. F ETTERMAN, and Mr. H EINRICH) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation A BILL To give effect to a final rule of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration relating to gas pipeline leak detection and repair, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Gas Pipeline Leak De-4 tection and Repair Act of 2025’’. 5 SEC. 2.
