Construction or Demolition Site Waste Recycling (MCC 11-4-1905)

Requires contractors on permitted construction and demolition (wrecking) projects to recycle or reuse a share of site debris: 25% for projects permitted from March 1, 2006, rising to 50% from January 1, 2007, reported on a C&D Debris Recycling Compliance Form. Debris contaminated with lead, asbestos, or other hazardous materials is excluded.
