Single Use Foodware and Litter Reduction Ordinance (BMC Ch. 11.64)

Requires reusable foodware for dining on the premises and charges customers for disposable cups (with an exemption for people with significant disabilities), to cut the street litter, marine pollution, and emissions caused by single-use disposable foodware and packaging.
