CALIFORNIA LEGISLATURE— 2021–2022 REGULAR SESSION Assembly Bill No. 1371 Introduced by Assembly Member Friedman February 19, 2021 An act to amend Section 40506 of the Public Resources Code, relating to solid waste. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 1371, as introduced, Friedman. Waste management. The California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 authorizes the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery to accept grants, gifts, and donations for the purposes of the act. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to that provision.
