Rechargeable Battery Recycling Act of 2006: data reporting.

SB-1153 amends California's Rechargeable Battery Recycling Act by adding data reporting requirements to the existing EPR framework that mandates retailer take-back of used rechargeable batteries at no cost to consumers.
