*.DTP250* The Amendment was read the first time, rules suspended and read the second time and _______________________ By: Senator Teague DTP/DTP - 04-15-2021 13:54:14 _________________________ DTP250 Secretary ARKANSAS SENATE 93rd General Assembly - Regular Session, 2021 Amendment Form ______________________________________________________________________ Subtitle of House Bill No. 1805 TO ESTABLISH A PROPERTY OWNER'S RIGHT TO REPAIR ANY DEFECT OR DISREPAIR ON THE PREMISES. ______________________________________________________________________ Amendment No. 1 to House Bill 1805 Amend House Bill No. 1805 as originally introduced: Add Senator Teague as a cosponsor of the bill AND Page 1, delete line 31, and substitute the following: "property owner. (c) This section does not limit the authority of the state, county, or municipality to adopt and enforce state building codes and fire prevention standards, require permits, or abate nuisances that do not distinguish between a primary residence and single-family rental property."
