MAKE POLLUTERS PAY ACT

Bill amends three existing Illinois EPR programs (Drug Take-Back, Consumer Electronics Recycling, Paint Stewardship Acts) by increasing civil penalties for violations from $7,000 to $10,000, strengthening enforcement mechanisms for established producer responsibility schemes.
