AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION.

This bill regulates single-use plastic bag thickness and applicability but does not establish EPR, producer responsibility, product stewardship, circular economy mechanisms, right-to-repair, recycled content mandates, or deposit return schemes.
