Fee Structure

Unknown: Program financing may be through a fee structure covering costs of plan development, program operation and administration, and maintaining a six-month financial reserve. The cap that fees must not exceed program costs has been removed. The commissioner may assess a reasonable administrative fee to the stewardship organization not to exceed 5% of total program costs (reduced from prior 10% cap).
